Ibirapuera Park Sightseeing,
Afro-Brazilian Museum, and
Happy Hour in the Park

Opened in 1954, the park was a revolutionary project that combined the landscaping of Augusto Teixeira Mendes with the iconic architecture of Oscar Niemeyer.

Occupying an area of 158 hectares, it is one of the most visited parks in Latin America and a living example of how nature and concrete can coexist in harmony. It is a sanctuary of diversity, sheltering hundreds of species of native birds and trees amidst the urban chaos.
