Recently restored historical landmark, the Teresa Palace housed the city's first musical instrument store, Casa Bevilacqua, the Irmãos Vitale music publishing house, and Radio Record during the golden age of radio, becoming known as "São Paulo's musical corner." Casa de Francisca, a sociocultural and gastronomic space that has cultivated a curatorial focus on artistic commitment and musical diversity since 2006, moved to the Teresa Palace in February 2017.
