How to register

Please find here the tutorial explaining how to complete the registration form and use the payment platform.

 

As indicated in the tutorial, when proceeding with payment you must:

1. select your category — ATRIP Member, Non-ATRIP Member, or PhD Student (whether the PhD student is an ATRIP Member or a non-ATRIP Member).

2. click on the link corresponding to your purchase: 

   • ​Registration fee only,

   • or registration fee + accompanying person fee [for ATRIP Members only]. If you select both options, two separate windows will open, and you must complete them separately.

 

The link for the optional tour payment will be available soon. 

 

All fees are expressed in Brazilian currency (Reais). Please note that the exchange rate may vary, as it is determined by the credit card company processing the payment.

The fees are: ATRIP Member (R$ 2.400,00 equivalent to approximately EUR 380), Non-ATRIP Member (R$ 2.900,00 equivalent to approximately EUR 465) and PhD Student (R$1.550,00 equivalent to approximately 250 EUR);  Accompanying Person Fee (R$ 1.800,00 equivalent to approximately EUR 290).

 

Kindly note that the fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
